Fort Myers, Florida – Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. earned honors at the annual Lee Building Industry Association (BIA) Commercial Contractors Council Summit Awards held on Saturday, September 25, 2010. Henderson Franklin won an award in the commercial project category for the renovation of its downtown Fort Myers office completed by McGarvey Development Company.
The Summit Awards pay tribute to the Lee Building Industry Association members who have obtained an outstanding level of success and professionalism in the commercial and remodeling industry. This award is the only one of its kind in Southwest Florida. A panel of Orlando-area commercial construction professionals judged the projects for originality, quality of design, challenges, timeliness of completion and safety.
